Dave's Story In 1985 I had a serious injury that damaged my siatic nerve. After that the usual, heavy drugs, then Tylenol (15 double strength a day) and finally down to only 10 a day. That really wasn't what i wanted to do the rest of my life, but what else was there. When colorado passed the law allowing the legal growing of hemp, i heard it might help, so thinking it might help my pain. after a good deal of research and trial and error, i began to use hemp tincture regularly. after a few weeks i thought the pain was diminishing, so i continued using the tincture three times a day. three or four months later i swung my legs out of bed and was stunned to realize i had no pain! with that i checked the remaining rx of tramadol and found i had reduced the rx to the point i was only using one a day before bed. wow. some friends noticed i no longer limped and was able to keep up with them when we were walking. they asked me what i had done and i had to admit i was taking hemp. they said they hadn't noticed me being stoned or even slightly high. i explained hemp has only a trace of thc, and sometimes not at all. it wasn't long before they were admitting they had a lot of aches and pains they ATTRIBUTED to old age. first one asked me if i would make some for her, and then another and another until i was spending almost full time helping friends with their pain. this continued to the point that i am now able to offer the same special strain of hemp for others. dave fausset
